ONE SWEET FRIDAYS

Hi sweet friends! 

I hope you all had a wonderful week! i for one enjoyed a quiet one with intentional time spent on some fun happenings going on in the next few months! I brought on some incredible sponsors for The Floral Gathering (which still has 2 spots left!) Dreamt up a couple festive projects which I get to announce next week! Yay! And dug a little deeper into my client experience for 2016. Chris and I enjoyed a date night downtown on Wednesday and had a girl's night last night with a few of my favorite girls. It's been a great week to say the least! As for this weekend- We're not huge Halloween people (I think that will change once we have kids) so other than having a few people over for dinner, there are no big plans around here! The best kind of weekend in my opinion. 

So happy Halloween from One Sweet Day in May-have a safe and happy weekend! 

Also, if you've been to Ireland send me your recommendations! Chris and I are headed there next month! We only have our first night in Dublin booked and then we're grabbing a car and adventuring so give me all the places to stay, visit, and eat! Photo from Instagram.

FEATURE- 100 LAYER CAKE- ELEGANT ROSE INSPIRATION

It's always a great day when 100 Layer Cake features you work! And they did just that a while back and I wanted to share a few of the images from Natalie Jayne Photography today! 

I love this editorial so much. This is the first shoot I've been a part of where there was a food stylist! Amazing! I also loved the use of the copper pieces (which-I'm calling it now, will be everywhere next year! Get ready for an overflow of everything Copper, I feel it)

SINCERELY AMY DESIGNS WORKSHOP RECAP

This past weekend I had the honor of once again working alongside Alice Ann and Caroline of The Darling Event for Sincerely Amy Design's Calligraphy workshop! With the beautiful backdrop of Paisley and Jade, The Darling Event created the most adorable space and I was happy to lend some One Sweet Blooms and I even got to work on my calligraphy skills!
