Instant pot fettuccine Alfredo

Okay! Here we go! This recipe is not exactly healthy per se, but holy moly is it delicious! Kid friendly too!

Prep time- 2 min

Cook time- 6 min

Ingredients:

1 box of fettuccini pasta (16oz)

1 cup chicken broth

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup butter (or 1 stick)

1/4 cup cream cheese

1 tsp pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the parmesan cheese and cream cheese into your instant pot.

Lock instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to sealing.

Cook on high pressure using manual for 6 min.

Once done and pressure is released stir in the Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.

That’s it! Easy peasy! Perfect for a chilly night!
